Atlas Collective designs every journey from a blank page. You tell us where you want to go, who's travelling, and what you actually love. We design the rest.
We start with a 30 to 45 minute call. No pitch, no presentation. You tell us where you'd like to go, who's travelling, what you love about travel and what you don't. Most of our best journeys start with "we're not sure yet".
By the end of that call we'll have a sense of what kind of trip would actually suit you.
Within seven to ten days you'll receive a draft itinerary. Day by day. Hotels with our recommendation and why. Tables we'd book. Guides we'd put you with. Transfers in the right cars at the right times.
We tell you what we'd choose ourselves. Then we refine it together. Two or three rounds of revisions is normal. The final version is yours, not ours.
You receive a full digital itinerary, a contact sheet for every supplier on the trip, and a direct line to us 24 hours a day for the duration. If anything moves, we move it.
When you're home, we want to know what worked and what didn't. Every debrief makes the next person's trip better.
Every itinerary is bespoke, but these are the shapes journeys tend to take. Most clients blend two or three.
Private vineyard lunches, kitchen visits with chefs, tables you couldn't book on your own.
Quiet resorts and remote spas where the only schedule is the one you choose to keep.
Time with artisans, curators and chefs who rarely meet the public.
Polar crossings, sailing the Cyclades, the journeys where the route matters more than the room.
Considered, quiet, and built for two. We don't do balloon arches.
Itineraries that work for a six year old and a sixty year old in the same week.
Tee times at Augusta, Centre Court, the Monaco grid, and the access that surrounds them.
Yachts, jets and the occasional helicopter, when the journey is the point.
We charge a planning fee for our time. That's it. Everything else is what you pay your hotels, guides and operators directly.
A one-time fee that covers our work: the initial conversation, research, design, and refinement of your itinerary, plus our support throughout the trip. Scales with complexity. Multi week or multi country itineraries start higher and we'll confirm the figure before you commit.
Every hotel, transfer, restaurant booking, guide, activity, and the digital itinerary. Flights are optional and we are happy to book them if you'd like.
Things happen. We work with flexible-policy suppliers wherever we can, and we hold your hand through any rebooking. Travel insurance is recommended on every trip and we can point you to specialists.
For peak season trips (July, August, Christmas, New Year) we recommend six to nine months. For shoulder seasons, three to five months is usually fine. We've put excellent trips together in under a month when we've had to, but the best operators get booked up.
Yes, if you'd like us to. We have access to consolidator fares in premium cabins and we'll find the routing that makes the journey easier, not just the cheapest one. If you prefer to use your own miles or a flight specialist, that's fine too.
That's one of our favourite briefs. Tell us when you can travel, who's coming, and the kind of feeling you're chasing. We'll come back with two or three regions that might suit, with the tradeoffs of each.
Often. We've designed trips for newborns, toddlers, teenagers, and travellers with mobility, dietary or medical considerations. Tell us what we need to know on the first call.
Most of the world. Our deepest knowledge is across Europe, the Indian Ocean, East Africa, Japan, the Middle East and South America. If you'd like to go somewhere outside our usual map, we'll be honest about what we know and what we'd need to research.
For existing clients, yes. For new clients, we usually only take on whole itineraries because that's where we add the most value.
Send us a brief through the contact page. We'll reply within two working days to set up the first call.
Tell us where you'd like to go. We'll handle the rest.
